Cosmetic Dentistry Website
Design overview · October 26, 2026
Explore four website design options for your practice, with clear service information, easy ways to contact your team, and convenient appointment booking. This overview presents the design options and proposed website features for your consideration.
“Luma Dental” is used only as a placeholder in these mockups. A website for your practice would use your own name and logo.
1. Four design options
Each direction includes Home, Services, and Book Now pages, giving you twelve mockup pages to explore. Each offers a different mood for the same cleaning-and-whitening practice.
| Direction | Colors and mood | Design features |
|---|---|---|
| Clean & clinical | Porcelain, sky blue, navy; calm and reassuring | A bright, straightforward layout with booking on a separate page. |
| Warm & spa-like | Ivory, sage, clay; relaxed and personal | Soft photography, curved edges, and a compact home-page booking option. |
| Bold & modern | Cobalt, lime, ink; energetic and direct | Strong typography, friendly copy, and a compact home-page booking option. |
| Luxe & social | Black, bright gold, ivory; editorial and polished | An upscale black-and-gold design using UCF colors, with younger adults in mind. |
2. Website features
| Feature | What you can explore in the mockups |
|---|---|
| Cleaning and whitening | Dedicated service sections with simple explanations and clear paths to booking. |
| Visible phone number | A phone button in the header on every page, on mobile and desktop. |
| Appointment booking | An interactive booking demonstration in all four directions. Spa, Modern, and Luxe also offer a compact booking option on Home. |
| Mobile Book / Call bar | Convenient controls at the bottom of the screen in Spa, Modern, and Luxe. |
| Contact and location | A home-page contact area and map preview in Spa, Modern, and Luxe; informational popups in Clinical. |
| Before-and-after slider | An interactive comparison using labeled illustrations in Spa, Modern, and Luxe. |
| Shade explorer | An illustrative shade preference tool on the Spa, Modern, and Luxe Services pages. |
| Reviews | Space for Google reviews on the Spa, Modern, and Luxe home pages. |
| Booking confirmation | A sample calendar download and email previews in Spa, Modern, and Luxe. |
3. Proposed website structure
A possible website structure keeps the two services easy to understand and makes both calling and online booking easy to find.
- Home: An introduction to the practice, cleaning and whitening highlights, visible phone and contact information, and an easy booking option. The headline and photography remain the main focus, with booking kept compact.
- Our Team: Provider photos, credentials, and short introductions to help patients feel comfortable before visiting.
- Services: Cleaning and whitening sections explaining what each visit involves. Pricing, insurance participation, and payment options to be confirmed if included.
- Location: Address, hours, map, parking, directions, and accessibility information, with key details also available on Home.
- Insurance & Payment: Clear information about accepted insurance and payment methods, reflecting the practice's actual arrangements.
- Contact: Phone, email, and an optional contact form, alongside the visible contact information on Home.
- Book Now: A straightforward way to select a service, choose an available time, and enter contact details. A live version could connect to a suitable scheduling system, subject to compatibility with the office's software. Calendar management, blocked times, cancellations, patient confirmations, reminders, and office notifications would depend on the selected system and agreed scope.
- Resources: FAQ and approved patient forms, with aftercare information, blog articles, or specials as optional additions. Forms could be downloadable documents or use an appropriate online intake service.
Substantial information such as team profiles, insurance details, and patient resources could have dedicated pages. Short explanations can use popups. A separate smile gallery or pricing page is an option if there is enough approved content to support it.
Real reviews, a practice map, and local search setup could be included using verified practice information. Any patient results gallery would depend on approved photographs being available.
4. Details to discuss if you decide to proceed
- Design preferences: Which direction feels most appropriate for your practice? Are there elements from another option you like?
- Practice identity: Your practice name, logo, phone, email, address, hours, and location details.
- Team: Provider information, credentials, and photos approved for the website.
- Services and pricing: Actual visit lengths, fees, eligibility requirements, cancellation policies, and whether to display prices publicly.
- Insurance and payment: Insurance participation, accepted payment methods, and any financing arrangements you offer.
- Scheduling: The software your office uses, who manages availability, and how patients and staff should receive booking notifications.
- Patient resources: Available forms, FAQ topics, and approved aftercare information.
- Reviews and photographs: Your Google business profile and any approved patient photos or other practice photography.
